From that assessment we build a personalized treatment plan, pairing the appropriate medication with the counseling that addresses the reasons behind substance use.
Throughout your care, a dedicated case manager coordinates every part of your treatment, from your first appointment through aftercare planning. We adjust as your needs change, and we stay in close contact with you along the way. You will always know what comes next. Recovery is a process, and we walk it with you.
